On left and below are excerpts from Joseph Smith's will, he died in 1851 and the will was probated around 1853.  Joseph remarried to Eleanor Wright, in 1852 and then he died in 1854.   All the children listed below except George, are mentioned in Joseph's will, I think George died young but can find no record of him in any census, he married a Emeline Brown in 1834, and his father is listed as Joseph.  More investigation needs to be done on George.  Matilda Catherine Matilda writes from England about receiving her share of the estate, and is in the will packet.
